We aim to fulfill orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on the item, location, and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events beyond our control.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all returns or refunds are handled on an order-by-order basis, with all sales are final unless an item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

All content on this site — including product designs, logos, images, text, and artwork — is the property of the Rising Flame Candles and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

If you submit reviews, images, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for marketing, display, or promotional purposes.

All products are handmade or custom-crafted. Variations in color, texture, or finish are normal. We make no guarantees that your item will be identical to photos shown.
