Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All of our items are handcrafted or custom-made. Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days, depending on the item and complexity. We’ll notify you once your order ships.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates:
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and selected options. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

 

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):
Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package is on its way.

 

International Shipping:
We currently ship to select countries. Delivery times and costs vary based on location. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs. If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the carrier directly. If it’s still unresolved, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns, cancellations, or exchanges are considered on an order-by-order basis.

 

Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve it via replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation.

 

Eligibility for Replacement:
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping (if applicable) may be required at your expense unless the issue was our error.

Custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started. If you need to make a change, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate if production hasn’t begun.
